3.2 Cash-Based Wellness Services

The following services are offered on a private-pay basis and are not billed through insurance. This distinction allows us to provide more flexible, goal-centered care outside of insurance restrictions:

Wellness Coaching Program

Safe Driving Risk Screening

Pricing for wellness services is available on our website. Wellness services do not establish a clinical provider-patient relationship governed by HIPAA unless PHI is collected in connection with those services.

Submitting a form on this website does not create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee service availability. A team member will follow up to confirm eligibility and schedule an evaluation.
