Say Hello to Your Next Step Guide

Joanna, OTR/L, ECHM, ATP

Occupational Therapist

"I’ve always believed that our most significant contribution to others is our time,  therefore, I am committed to ensuring every moment spent with a patient is purposeful and impactful."

Joanna is a licensed Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2008, where she embraced core values of competence, commitment, and compassion, which continue to guide her approach to patient care.

Developing creativity and resourcefulness early on —

often turning simple materials into meaningful creation — allowed Joanna to look at the world through a lens of possibility. This outlook took on a deeper meaning after her grandmother’s stroke, transforming into a lifelong commitment to healthcare.

Throughout her career, Joanna has cultivated a versatile clinical background, spanning rehabilitation hospitals, pediatric outpatients, and skilled nursing facilities, as well as school-based and home health services. This breadth of experience fuels her passion for enhancing daily function and mobility, ensuring every patient achieves an improved quality of life.

Away from her clinical work, Joanna channels her lifelong creativity into web design and content creation. She finds balance through practicing Pilates and collecting art, but her true fulfillment comes from investing in her support network and curating memorable experiences with those who matters most.
